A new organization is forming in Avalon Management. The special areas of Innovation, Soft Products, IT Management and Business Management are the structure, where we need coworkers who have at least two years of experience in the consultant business. Our line of work is for example, conducting analyses and process work of innovation projects. In more detail you will handle mapping of customer behaviors, analysis of change request ideas and making priorities by managing business cases. We want our coworkers to be creative and be good listeners and along with that have a profound interest in communication techniques and its possibilities.

We are also interested in qualified management consultants who have experience in business development, sales, organization and management structures. It is favorable if you have manager experience from technology companies. We are looking for people who have the driving force and ability to create success working with our customer business cases.
