Idea and concept development

In this phase, work is often about handling unclear requirement specifications, function prioritizations, project risks, patent questions or general needs for problem solutions.

Construction and mechanics

We help our customers with design services for complex products or systems. Regardless if it is a consumer product, industrial application or manufacturing plant we have the ability and experience to handle the projects. For example, it can be a model and blueprint production, choice of material, production methods, DFA, welded constructions, encapsulated constructions, cast methods, plastic modeling etc. We are also part of testing phases to secure function and quality. When evaluating a solution, prototypes are hard to beat. CAD-models and advanced prototype production is therefore evident in our development process.

Calculation and simulation

Qualified judgments are often not enough – we must do the calculus to meet project requirements and documentation standards. Through for example statistical and dynamic abrasion resistance calculations, thermal calculations, flow calculation and motion simulation, our skilled calculation experts secure products with the help of powerful tools.
